These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CABAL DIVINE EP39, including its website, game server, launcher, custom in-game systems, community features, support channels, virtual currency, virtual items and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Liberty Games LTDA (“Liberty Games”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account, downloading or launching the game, accessing the Service, making a purchase or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Liberty Games LTDA, CNPJ 08.778.122/0001-15, with registered address at Av. Engenheiro Leal Lima Verde, 1100, Loja 02, Sapiranga/Coite, Fortaleza, CE, CEP 60833-175, Brazil, operates CABAL DIVINE EP39 and the related Service described in these Terms.
2. Acceptance and Changes
These Terms apply whenever you access or use the Service. Additional event rules, in-game notices, payment conditions and community rules published through official CABAL DIVINE channels may also apply where relevant.
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Service, security requirements, game systems, payment methods or applicable law. The current version will remain available at cabaldivine.com/terms/.
3. Accounts and Registration
Account registration is provided through the CABAL DIVINE client. You must provide accurate information where requested and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
- Do not impersonate staff, other users or third parties.
- Do not sell, rent or transfer accounts unless expressly permitted by an official policy.
- Use official support channels if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Service Availability and Changes
The Service may be updated, rebalanced, maintained, migrated, suspended or modified for technical, security, gameplay, anti-cheat, event or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent availability of a specific feature, or preservation of a specific balance, rate, ranking, reward or event.
5. Virtual Currency, Items and Digital Content
The Service may provide Force Gem, points, tokens, equipment, cosmetics, Battle Pass rewards and other virtual content (“Virtual Content”). Virtual Content exists for use within the Service and does not constitute legal tender, securities, stored monetary value or ownership in Liberty Games.
Game updates, balancing changes, bug fixes, migrations, disciplinary actions or technical requirements may change the availability, statistics, exchange value or functionality of Virtual Content.
6. Purchases and Payments
Optional Virtual Content or services may require payment. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, whose own terms and privacy practices may apply. Prices, packages, bonuses, currencies, availability and payment methods may change.
Where applicable law grants mandatory cancellation, refund, conformity or withdrawal rights, those rights remain unaffected. Digital content may be supplied immediately after payment confirmation where permitted by law. If a confirmed payment is not delivered because of a verified technical error, contact CABAL DIVINE support with the relevant transaction details.
7. Payment Abuse and Chargebacks
Fraudulent payments, unauthorized payment methods, knowingly false disputes, abusive chargebacks or attempts to obtain Virtual Content without valid payment are prohibited. A good-faith payment dispute or a legally protected consumer claim will not automatically be treated as misconduct.
8. Fair Play, Cheating and Exploits
You must not interfere with the intended operation of the Service. Prohibited conduct includes cheats, hacks, unauthorized client or memory manipulation, packet manipulation, botting, prohibited automation, exploit abuse, duplication, malicious attacks, attempts to bypass security measures, and other conduct prohibited by published server rules.
9. Player Conduct and Community Standards
Users may not engage in unlawful conduct, credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, fraud, scams, malicious impersonation, discriminatory abuse, malware distribution, spam or other conduct that materially disrupts the Service or violates another person's rights.
10. Real Money Trading and External Transactions
Rules concerning account trading, real-money trading, external marketplaces or commercial activity may be defined through official CABAL DIVINE policies and in-game/community rules. Where a transaction is not expressly authorized, users should not assume it is permitted.
11. Enforcement
Where we reasonably determine that an account or user has violated these Terms or threatens the security, integrity, economy or operation of the Service, proportionate action may include warnings, removal of improperly obtained Virtual Content, temporary restrictions, suspension or termination. Serious cheating, deliberate exploitation, fraud or malicious attacks may result in immediate action.
12. In-Game Transactions and Player Mistakes
You are responsible for reviewing trades, marketplace listings, purchases, upgrades, crafting, item destruction and similar in-game actions before confirming them. Ordinary player mistakes are not guaranteed to be reversed, except where required by law or where staff determines that correction is appropriate because of a verified Service error.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with payment processors, Discord, social networks, hosting providers, content-delivery providers and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent availability or policies.
14. Intellectual Property and Project Status
CABAL DIVINE project-specific branding, original artwork, custom code, custom systems and written materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party game names, trademarks and copyrighted works remain the property of their respective owners.
CABAL DIVINE EP39 is an independent private-server project and is not presented as an official CABAL Online service or as endorsed by an official publisher or rights holder.
15. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy identifies the operator, categories of data processed, purposes, service providers, international transfers where applicable and available privacy rights.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability of every feature. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liberty Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, service interruption, third-party conduct or loss of game progress. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
18. Termination and Discontinuation
You may stop using the Service at any time. Liberty Games may restrict or terminate access in accordance with these Terms or discontinue part or all of the Service where reasonably necessary. Mandatory rights that survive termination remain unaffected.
19. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to a consumer under the laws of their place of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.
To the extent a forum-selection clause is legally enforceable, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. This does not restrict any mandatory right of a consumer to bring a claim in another competent forum where applicable law provides such a right.
